Baseboards follow the wall continuously
Interior baseboards meet at corners and continue across intermediate wall vertices, with clear openings at doors.

Joined interior trim
The baseboard forms a continuous profile along the room interior, including angled and reentrant corners. A point in a straight wall no longer creates a gap.
Door and passage openings cut the trim on both sides of a shared wall. Raised openings keep the portion below their sill.
This is an illustrative finish using the existing profile proportions. It does not add a specified molding product or a purchase quantity.
