The math is part of the plan
Every number
has a source.
Each calculator shows its formula, a worked example and the sources behind its product sizes, yields or densities, with the date they were checked. When a number depends on your supplier, we ask you for it. Prices are the ones you enter.
Yastero is published by FIPE SPA, a web development studio founded by Felipe. We build software to help you plan and understand quantities; your project still needs the right products, local requirements and professional judgment.
A few useful starting points
Have a project question?
Before you get started
Yes. Every calculator and the room planner preview are free to use, with no account and no sign-up.
Each calculator page shows its formula, a worked example and the sources behind any yield, density or product size it uses, with the date we checked them. When a number depends on your supplier, such as gravel density, the calculator asks you for it instead of guessing.
Only the prices you enter. We don't fill in a market price we can't back up, because prices change by store, region and week.
Add any result to My project list to keep several materials together. The list stays in your browser and can be downloaded as a CSV, JSON file or PDF to take to the store.
Yes. The calculators and the drawing tools are built for touch screens as well as a mouse and keyboard.
